Access Your Pinterest Account
- Open your web browser and go to the Pinterest website.
- Log in with your username and password if you aren’t already logged in.
Go to Settings
- Click on the arrow or three-dot icon at the top-right corner of the screen to open the menu.
- Select the "Settings" option from the drop-down menu.
Navigate to Account Management
- In the settings menu, look for the "Account Management" section on the left sidebar.
- Click on "Account Management" to expand the options available under this section.
Select to Delete Account
- Scroll down until you find the "Delete Account" option under the "Account Changes" section.
- Click on "Delete Account" to proceed.
Confirm Deletion Request
- Pinterest will ask you for a confirmation and possibly the reason for leaving. Fill these as per your preference.
- Click "Continue" or "Next" to move forward with the deletion process.
Final Confirmation via Email
- Check your registered email for a confirmation message from Pinterest.
- Open the email and confirm the deletion by following the provided link.
Considerations After Deleting
- Understand that deleting your account is permanent and cannot be undone. All your data will be removed.
- Pinterest may take some time to fully process your deletion request.
- If using other services linked to Pinterest, they will no longer access your Pinterest data.
