For more than a year, Graham Dermatology has been using Omi to simplify one of the most time-consuming parts of clinical work — documentation.
With Omi’s always-on AI transcription and summarization platform, their doctors, nurses, and medical assistants now record, transcribe, and structure every patient interaction automatically — securely and HIPAA-compliantly.

The Challenge

Like many busy dermatology practices, Graham Dermatology’s team struggled with the burden of manual scribing and charting. Eulices Lopez, Business Manager, recalls:

The Omi Solution

• The MA reviews and lightly edits the AI-generated HPI (History of Present Illness) before copying it into the EMR.
• The doctor’s Omi transcript serves as a memory layer — letting them recall details from any visit, even days later.

Results
