• Make sure your TicWatch Pro is sufficiently charged. A low battery can disrupt the reset process.

 

• Swipe down from your watch face to access the Quick Settings menu.

 

• In the Quick Settings menu, tap on the gear icon to go to 'Settings'.

 

• Scroll down the settings menu and tap  on 'System'.

 

• Within the System settings, scroll down until you find the option labeled 'Disconnect & reset'. Tap on this option.

 

• Your watch will prompt you to confirm the factory reset. Tap on the checkmark to proceed.

 

• The watch will restart and begin the factory reset process. This may take some time. Once completed, your watch will reboot, and all data will be erased.

Fixing Potential Issues

• If the reset process does not complete, ensure your watch is charged and try the steps again.

 

• Should your watch become unresponsive during the process, try holding down the power button for around 10 seconds to force a restart, then attempt the reset again.

 

• If you still encounter problems, check for updates for both your watch and the companion mobile app, as software bugs may hinder the reset process.
