Check the Wi-Fi Network
- Ensure that the Wi-Fi network is active and operational. Try connecting another device to the same network to verify that it's working as expected.
- Check the distance between your Google Glass and the router. Ensure you are within a reasonable range and there are no significant obstructions.
Restart Google Glass
- Turn off your Google Glass by holding the power button for a few seconds until it shuts down.
- Wait for a few moments, then turn it back on by pressing the power button again to reboot the device.
Forget and Reconnect to the Wi-Fi Network
- Go to the settings on your Google Glass and find your current Wi-Fi connections.
- Select the network you're having trouble with and choose the option to "Forget" the network.
- Rescan for available networks and reconnect to the desired Wi-Fi network by re-entering the password if necessary.
Update Google Glass Software
- Ensure your Google Glass is running the latest software version. Connect the device to power and a stable internet connection.
- Navigate to the system settings and check for software updates. Install any available updates and restart your device.
Reset Network Settings
- If issues persist, consider resetting the network settings on your Google Glass. Navigate to settings and look for the reset network option.
- Please note this will remove all current network setups, so you will need to reconnect to each network manually afterward.
Check Router Settings
- Access your router settings through a web browser on a connected device, usually by entering the router's IP address.
- Ensure that there are no device connectivity restrictions like MAC filtering activated, which may block your Google Glass.
- Check the frequency band your router is using. If possible, switch between 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz to see if it improves connectivity.
Contact Support
