Check Your Device Compatibility
- Ensure that your smartphone or tablet is compatible with QardioArm. QardioArm generally requires a device with Bluetooth 4.0 or later.

Restart Your Devices
- Turn off your QardioArm by pressing the power button.
- Restart your smartphone or tablet to refresh the Bluetooth connection.
- Once your device restarts, turn the QardioArm back on.
Ensure Bluetooth is Enabled
- Check that Bluetooth is turned on your smartphone or tablet.
- Navigate to the settings menu and enable Bluetooth if it is off.
Forget and Re-Pair Your Device
- On your smartphone or tablet, go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Find "QardioArm" in the list of paired devices and select "Forget" to remove it.
- Turn off the QardioArm, and then turn it back on to start a new pairing session.
- Search for devices again on your smartphone, select "QardioArm" from the list, and pair the devices.
Check Battery Level
- Ensure that your QardioArm has sufficient battery power. Low battery may cause connectivity issues.
- Replace or recharge the batteries if necessary.
Update Software and Firmware
- Check for any available updates for the QardioArm app on your smartphone or tablet.
- Install the latest version of the app from your device’s app store.
- If applicable, update the firmware of the QardioArm following instructions provided by the manufacturer.
Move Closer to the Device
- Bring your smartphone or tablet closer to the QardioArm to ensure a strong Bluetooth connection.
- Remove any physical barriers like walls or other electronic devices that may interfere with the signal.
Reset Your QardioArm
- Refer to the user manual for instructions on how to perform a factory reset on the QardioArm device.
- Resetting might solve issues caused by any malfunctions or glitches in the device's software.
