How to fix Valve Index base station not detected?

Check the Power Supply

• Ensure the base station is plugged into a working power outlet. You can try a different outlet if needed to rule out a faulty socket.

 

• Make sure the power cable is securely connected to the base station and that there are no visible damages to the cable.

Verify the Base Station Settings

• Each base station should be set to a different channel. Use the channel button located on the back of the base station to cycle through the options. For two base stations, use channels "b" and "c."

 

• Ensure that the base station’s LED indicator is solid white, indicating that it's functioning properly.

Check for Obstructions

• Make sure there are no objects obstructing the line of sight between the base stations and the play area. Base stations should ideally be placed in opposite corners of your play area.
