- Find the Settings icon, which looks like a gear, and tap on it.
- Scroll down through the options and select General.

- A screen will pop up asking for confirmation. Tap on Checkmark (or any option to confirm) to proceed with the reset. This will erase all data on the watch and return it to factory settings.
Fix Common Reset Problems
- If the watch doesn't resynchronize with your phone after resetting, make sure Bluetooth is enabled on both devices and that they are paired correctly. Unpair and then re-pair them if necessary.
- If the watch still doesn't work properly, connect it to Wi-Fi and check for software updates. Keeping the software updated helps fix bugs and improve functionality.
- For persistent issues, consider visiting a Samsung service center, as your watch may have underlying hardware or software issues that require professional assistance.
