Fixing Common Restart Issues
- Drained Battery: If your watch doesn't restart, the battery might be low. Connect it to a charger and ensure it's charged before trying to restart again.
- Software Update: Outdated software might cause issues. Connect your Garmin Vivoactive to a computer using Garmin Express to check for any available updates.
- Factory Reset: If restarting doesn't solve the problem, consider performing a factory reset. This will erase all data, so ensure you backup any important information. In the watch settings, find the 'System' option, then select 'Restore Defaults' or 'Factory Reset'. Follow the on-screen instructions to complete the reset.
- Contact Support: If none of the above solutions work, there might be a hardware issue. Contact Garmin support for further assistance.
