Why won’t Muse S headset connect to Bluetooth?

Ensure Your Device's Bluetooth is On

• Check that the Bluetooth setting on your smartphone, tablet, or computer is turned on. Without this, the Muse S headset cannot connect.

Check Battery and Restart Devices

• Ensure your Muse S headset has sufficient battery charge. A low battery might prevent it from connecting. Charge the headset if necessary.
