Why won’t Tonal connect to the internet?

Check Your Internet Connection

• Ensure that your Wi-Fi network is functioning properly. Try connecting another device, like a smartphone or computer, to see if the internet is working.

 

• Restart your router by unplugging it for a few seconds and then plugging it back in. Once it restarts, try connecting Tonal again.

Verify Tonal Settings

• Go to the settings on your Tonal device and confirm that it is attempting to connect to the correct Wi-Fi network. Tonal can get confused if there are multiple networks.

 

• Check if the Wi-Fi password entered on Tonal is correct. A wrong password will prevent it from connecting.

Update Software

• Sometimes, simply ensuring that your Tonal device is running the latest software version can resolve connection issues. Check for software updates in the Tonal settings.

Restart Tonal
