Omi can now search the web instantly to answer your questions in real time.
Whether you’re in a conversation or using push-to-ask, simply hold down your Omi Pendant and ask:
- “What’s the weather in San Francisco right now?”
- “What’s the current price of Bitcoin?”
- “Who won the game tonight?”
Omi pulls live, up-to-date information directly from the web and gives you an immediate AI-powered answer. That means no phone, no typing, no switching apps—just instant knowledge, hands-free.
This update makes Omi your on-the-go assistant for:
- Live data
- Quick fact checks
- News and weather
- Market updates
- Definitions and research
Stay informed anywhere, anytime.
2. Export Action Items to Your Favorite Productivity Apps (Beta)
Managing tasks shouldn’t slow you down. Starting today, you can export Omi-generated action items directly into the tools you already use every day.
Go to Settings → Task Integrations and connect Omi to:
- Apple Reminders
- Google Tasks
- Todoist
- ClickUp
- Asana
Once connected, every action item you capture—from meetings, calls, conversations, or your daily recordings—flows automatically into your existing workflow.
This feature is currently in beta, and we’re already working on more integrations.

3. Customizable Double-Tap Controls
You now have more control over how you interact with Omi throughout your day.
With today’s update, you can customize what happens when you double tap your Omi device:
- Mute / Unmute
- End Current Conversation
By default, double tap ends the current conversation—but you can switch it anytime under Settings → Device Settings.
And the best part?
No firmware update required.
Just update your mobile app and you’re good to go.
This improvement makes Omi faster, smoother, and more intuitive for every workflow—from sales calls to clinic visits to service jobs to coaching sessions.
