How to fix Polar Vantage not syncing with Polar Flow?

 

Check Bluetooth Connection

 

  • Ensure Bluetooth is turned on both on your phone and the Polar Vantage device.
  •  

  • Make sure your Polar Vantage is within the Bluetooth range of your phone.
  •  

  • Go to your phone’s Bluetooth settings, and confirm that your Polar Vantage is connected.

 

Force Close and Reopen the Polar Flow App

 

  • On your phone, force close the Polar Flow app to ensure it is not running in the background.
  •  

  • Reopen the Polar Flow app and try to initiate the sync process again.

 

Restart Your Devices

 

  • Turn off both your phone and Polar Vantage. Wait a few seconds, then turn them back on.
  •  

  • After restarting, check if the sync issue persists.

 

Update Your Devices

 

  • Check for any available updates for both the Polar Flow app and your Polar Vantage's firmware.
  •  

  • Install any updates and try syncing again after the updates have finished.

 

Re-pair Your Devices

 

  • In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, remove the Polar Vantage from the list of paired devices.
