Download and Install the Viber App

- Search for "Viber" in the app store's search bar.
- Locate the official Viber app and tap the "Install" or "Get" button to download the application onto your device.
Open Viber and Begin Account Setup
- Once installed, open the Viber app by tapping on its icon.
- A welcome screen will appear. Tap on "Start" or "Continue" to proceed.
Provide Your Phone Number
- Select your country from the dropdown list. This will automatically set your country code.
- Enter your mobile phone number in the designated field, ensuring that it is correct.
- Tap "Continue" or "Next" to proceed.
Verify Your Phone Number
- Viber will send a verification code to the phone number you provided via SMS.
- Enter the verification code in the app when prompted. This step confirms your phone number and activates your account.
- If you do not receive the code, select the option to resend or receive a call for verification.
Set Up Your Profile
- After verification, you will be prompted to enter your details to set up your Viber profile.
- Provide your name, and if desired, add a profile picture by tapping on the camera icon.
- Review your information to ensure it is correct, then tap "Continue" or "Done" to save it.
Import Contacts
- Viber will ask for permission to access your contacts. Allow this to sync your device's contacts with the app.
- This feature enables you to easily find other users with Viber accounts among your contacts.
Explore and Customize Settings
- Navigate to the settings menu to customize your Viber experience, such as privacy settings, notification preferences, and chat settings.
- Explore and familiarize yourself with the app's features like group chats, video calls, and stickers.
