Return & Refund Policy

We want every customer to feel confident when purchasing from us. Please review the policy below to understand how returns and refunds are handled:

 

General Return Policy

If your order has been delivered and you are not satisfied with it, you may request a return within 3 days from the date of delivery.

  • Submitting a return request does not guarantee a refund.
  • All return requests are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Our team will review your request and respond with next steps
  • After the 3-day window, return and refund requests will no longer be accepted.

 

Failed Deliveries

If a delivery attempt fails multiple times and the package is returned to us by the courier, the following terms apply:

  • In case of a refund, only the product amount will be refunded. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If you wish to have the package re-sent, you will be required to pay the shipping cost again before the new shipment is processed.

 

Damages and Issues

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may request a replacement or refund within 15 days from the date of delivery.

Requests submitted after 15 days may still be reviewed but approval is not guaranteed. Photo or video evidence may be requested to support the claim.

 

Eligibility Requirements for Returns

To be considered for return approval, the product must:

  • Be in the same condition as received
  • Include all original accessories, manuals, packaging, and tags
  • Be accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase

Return eligibility is determined after our team inspects the returned item and confirms that the conditions above have been met.

 

Customer Expectations & Third-Party Claims

We are committed to accurately representing our products. Please note:

  • We are responsible only for features and claims shown on our official website, official documentation, or official marketing channels (including the brand’s own videos and product descriptions)
  • We are not responsible for expectations or assumptions based on:
    • Unofficial third-party videos, reviews, or social media posts
    • Promises or claims made by individuals not affiliated with us
    • Misinterpretation or exaggeration of features by others

Return or refund decisions will be based solely on whether the product matches the specifications and features we officially present.

 

Shipping Options, Customs, and Duties

We offer two types of shipping methods:

  • Shipping options labeled “Duties and Taxes Prepaid”
    • Import duties and taxes are already paid in advance
    • You will not be required to pay additional customs charges upon delivery
  • All other shipping options (not labeled as above)
    • Customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees may apply based on your country
    • These charges are the customer’s responsibility
    • We cannot reimburse or compensate for customs charges or customs-related delays

By selecting a non-prepaid shipping method, you agree to comply with your country’s customs regulations and bear any applicable fees.

 

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period

For orders shipped to countries within the European Union, customers have the right to cancel and return their order within 14 days of delivery, for any reason and without justification. The return must still meet the eligibility criteria outlined in "Eligibility Requirements for Returns".

 

Refund Processing

Once the returned item is inspected:

  • You will be informed whether the return has been approved or declined.
  • If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

 

Return Shipping Cost

Unless the return is due to a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
All shipping fees — including original shipping — are non-refundable.
