We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. Please review our updated return and refund terms below:
General Return Policy
- If your order was delivered and you are not satisfied with it, you may request a return within 15 days from the date of delivery.
- After 15 days, no returns or refunds will be entertained. Any exceptions are at the sole discretion of the company, and refunds in such cases may not be 100%.
Damages and Issues
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you may return it within 30 days from the date of delivery for either a replacement or a refund, whichever you prefer.
Returns or refunds requested after 30 days are also at the sole discretion of the company, and in most cases, the refund will not be 100%.
Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- In the same condition that you received it,
- Unworn or unused, with tags,
- In its original packaging, and
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period
If your order is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days for any reason and without justification. As above, the item must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds
- We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved.
- If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
- Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
