How does it work?

It takes pictures every few seconds and sends them to omi AI app, pictures are used to give AI more context and help you with advices during the day

 

It can also record video and audio but you'll need to modify default firmware

How safe is my data?  

Your data is designed to stay under your control. 

 

Omi uses enterprise-grade safeguards: it's SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance, encrypts data in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256), and can run locally so you can avoid relying on any cloud (manual setting). 

 

You can also export everything easily whenever you want, and if you decide to leave, you can delete items or wipe your data entirely.

What makes it better than Meta Ray-Bans?

It has 6x the battery life and is fully hackable and open source.

Can I customize what it does?
