Before you write, the quick answers:

• Orders are processed in 1 to 4 business days and ship worldwide. Your delivery estimate is shown at checkout, and you get tracking by email when the order ships.
• Damaged, defective or wrong item? Email us within 15 days of delivery. Every omi device carries a 1-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. See the refund policy.
• Setup help, app questions and troubleshooting: download the app for iOS, Android, macOS or the web, and check the questions answered on the homepage.
• Developers: omi is open source at github.com/BasedHardware/omi, where you can open issues and pull requests.
